Facelift for the popular express Costa Express machines, across two different size formats.
The Costa Express interface was functional but dated. With the new Costa brand launch, it was time to give these machines a much needed update.
Starting with rich new product photography that was flexible enough to cater to old both flavours and new seasonal additions.
The design aesthetic needed to flex between the newer most advanced model of machine, to the more compact model with a completely different screen orientation.
Fast-turn around high concept design for how to make the mobile app and machine a more joined-up user experience, and exploration of how to seamlessly integrate the coffee ordering process into user’s day-to-day habits.
